Parade Registration

Parade Information

Parade takes off on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 10 am!

The parade will move east on Cheam Ave., turn north onto Park St., west onto Pioneer Ave. (crossing BC-9 S south of the CPR railroad crossing) and continue west along Pioneer Ave. to the fairgrounds.

Rules & Regulations:

1. Email completed registration forms to parade@agassizfallfair.com.

2. Parade participants must purchase Fair admission. Adult–$5; age 0-11–FREE. All children must have adult supervision.

3. Check in at Parade Registration table at the Agassiz Secondary School Oval upon arrival on Saturday, September 19, 2026. ALL ENTRIES MUST REGISTER.

4. Marshal at AESS beginning at 9:00 am; positioned no later than 9:45 am (at which point the road will be closed). Parade moves off at 10:00 am sharp.

5. For safety and insurance purposes, throwing of anything (candy, brochures, etc.) is not allowed. Such items may only be handed directly to spectators.

6. All motorized vehicles must be insured.

7. All parade units are to complete the entire parade route.

8. Parking at the fairgrounds is limited and will not be available for all.

9. The list of winning entries will be posted at the Corn Bank in the Agricultural Hall following the parade.
